Leave In Nanny

A family in Spain, located in Marbella, is seeking a live-in nanny/assistant to care for a 5-month-old baby. The family also has a 5-year-old child.
Responsibilities:
Full care and age-appropriate development of the baby
Outdoor activities, games, introduction to hygiene procedures
Sleeping with the baby
Assistance with the 5-year-old child as needed
Assistance with household chores when the child is with the mother (the housekeeper is on site)
Requirements:
Active, responsive, and calm
Knowledgeable about modern methods of child development
Minimum 5 years of experience in families with children from birth
Knowledge of English and/or Russian languages
Flexibility to accommodate the family's schedule and occasional changes
Good character, flexible, calm under pressure
Perfect profile:
We are seeking an experienced nanny with a proven background in caring for children in private households. The ideal candidate excels in providing nurturing care and engaging developmental activities, particularly for infants and young children. She should be skilled in managing daily routines, from creating age-appropriate learning plans to handling child-related household tasks like organizing wardrobes and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Proactivity is key; she should anticipate and address the children's needs without constant direction. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing schedules or travel with the family are essential. Excellent communication skills are important, especially when coordinating with other household staff or parents.
Offer:
Salary from €2000 - 2500 net
Schedule of 6 working days, 1 day off
Fully paid accommodation with the family
4 weeks of paid vacation per year
