You will be part of our LG & Acc. Collection Merchandising Team based in Madrid and reporting to the Collection Merchandiser. Your main objective will be to follow up all development on your product category from design brief to showroom presentation, working closely with design, development teams, and sales merchandising.Your role will be:Work on the preparation of the LG briefs and collection plans:Defining requests and needs based on qualitative inputs (collection strategy, competitive analysis, market feedbacks), as well as on quantitative analysis (sell-in sell-out analyses, sales plan and ambitions)Planning a correct size and structure of each collectionWorking on target price points and mark upsFollow-up the development of the projects within your scope:Working hand in hand with design and development teamsConsolidating protos launches and following up with development teams status of newness throughout development processEnsure timings are respected and raise alerts when neededWork closely with material designers on material orders and researchesPreparing the documents and tools for the monitoring of the collection (Overviews, Collection Plan, Line List, Price List, Samples review..)Monitoring costs throughout the whole development giving target prices and work with the teams to reach the target marginsWork on the preparation of the buying session and Training package:Organize and prepare photo shooting, training and all documents needed for the buying sessionRevise in detail the information on PLM (names, descriptions, prices etc) and share the Line ListPresent to the teams digitally and physically during the showroomFollow up closely the buying session, communicating updates and changes, and provide necessary data and support to Retail and Wholesale teams throughout the sales campaign.Prepare training content to be shared centrally and be the point of reference for all product related questionsGive support to LG Director with all Paris related activities:Be a relay in Paris for all showroom preparationTrack samples/protos inventory in Paris alongside studio coordinatorAssist when necessary in the preparation of key meetings in Paris, across all categoriesProfile: What is important for the role:3 years of experience in fashion merchandising/product developmentStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in ExcelExcellent command in English & SpanishCurious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detailIf you think this role is made for you, please send us your CV!#J-18808-Ljbffr
