Assist in the development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy for new aparthotel schemes. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services, amenities, and availability. Conduct property tours for potential guests, showcasing the units and common areas to highlight their USPs and most relevant features. Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and guest satisfaction. Manage the guest reservations requests, including screening, verification, and lease agreement preparation. Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and local market trends, providing insights to enhance leasing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to attract potential guests. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, and occupancy rates, providing regular reports to management. Assist in planning and executing open houses, leasing events, and community outreach initiatives to generate interest and drive leasing activity. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing leads concerns promptly and professionally. Complete task Requisitos : Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or hospitality reservations departments. Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English. Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
