Applies deep strategy, business and consulting expertise to solving complex and/or critical customer issues.Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Provides the full range of strategy and business consulting solutions and services to client engagements, often for complex projects, new accounts and/or new business. Typically leads a work stream to deliver multiple solutions and/or services. May also lead a large, standalone strategy and business consulting engagement. Leads a work stream in delivering the full cycle of activities from problem identification to solution proposal to implementation and close.Delivers Quality, Value, Results: Applies deep expertise in strategy and business to solving complex and/or critical customer issues or environments. May focus on more strategic issues vs. operational issues that will have a significant input on customer success. Is a key contributor to the overall project team, providing guidance on structuring the project and ensuring integration.Functional Excellence: Contributes to the overall strategy of the Strategy & Business Consulting function based on experience and feedback from the customer as well as domain expertise.
