This position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum quality rubric, standardizing training materials across programs, and designing robust auditing mechanisms.
The ideal candidate will also lead defect reduction initiatives, analyze audit results, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include preparing weekly reports, creating monthly newsletters, and ensuring all learning materials and assessments meet Amazon's high standards.
Key job responsibilitiesDrive the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum quality rubric, ensuring alignment with Amazon's high standards for learning materials and assessments.Spearhead the standardization of training materials and knowledge checks across multiple programs, promoting consistency and excellence in learning experiences.Design and manage a robust auditing mechanism to continuously verify the accuracy and relevance of training materials and knowledge checks, maintaining Amazon's commitment to operational excellence.Ensure all learning materials and assessments meet Amazon's bar for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, supporting the company's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.Lead weekly defect reduction calls with each Amazon Logistics Supply Chain function to review trends and to identify gaps in process, training or tools, then define corrective or preventive actions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and OutlookIntermediate to advanced level of EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universitySolid computer literacy skillsExperience utilizing root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and/or Six SigmaExperience delivering training/information to peers, associates and management, both individually and in groupsWillingness to work in different areasCandidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/prioritiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
