We've grown considerably in the past months and continually focus on growth via our global talent – you would be joining us at the most exciting time in our history.Your new role:The Learning Programs Coordinator is responsible for spearheading the optimization of coordination, registration, and data management services for all the Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring their overall efficiency and effectiveness. This involves establishing robust processes and policies, conducting thorough process improvement reviews, and continuously monitoring day-to-day operational activities.The Learning Programs Coordinator will also provide insightful information to the Director, managers, and other stakeholders through data analysis and preparation of statistical information. This includes preparing course completions, employee learning records, and program certificates as needed
