The personjoining the team, with direct report to the European Talent ManagementDirector, will create trust relationships with the regional HR departments,accompanying, understanding and supporting their needs in line with ourpolicies and procedures. In this role this person will be the main owner forthe learning area at a European level including facilitating corporateprograms.Main responsibilities: Promote a learning culture within the company implementing the right strategy for our business. Be aware of the latest learning trends both in content and formats, bringing to our organization the best learning practices. Acquire business and people knowledge, being able to identify learning needs addressed to certain populations. The learning manager will be able to propose learning paths, leadership sessions, knowledge transfer activities, webinars and others as required. All plans will be aligned with the company business goals. Make the most out of our learning online platform, building the adequate paths and promoting them through the internal communication channels. Review the corporate learning paths and update as needed. Develop new material for new learning sessions as required. Facilitate the corporate learning paths in international sessions and also in local sessions, supporting the different regions to have them implemented. Provide support to the regions in implementing different learning activities as a train the trainer. Managing budgets and vendor relationships, identifying when needed the right vendor for our needs. Travellingwithin Europe is required. As a guidance, it can be up to twice per monthrequiring 2-3 nights per stay. This is a guidance and more or less might berequired. Job requirements Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or similar. Executive coach certification is a must. HR Master degree is a plus Professional background: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in the areas of Learning. Experiencein Learning Management Systems, especially in Cornerstone, is a plus. Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish is a must, as the manager will need to delivertrainings in these languages. A third language (Italian, Dutch, German, Norwegian,Portuguese) would be a plus. Be passionate about developing new programs in line with the business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative leadership.
