Together, we aim to empower employees and enable their success by offering comprehensive upskilling services through our internal Data & AI Academy. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of learning initiatives at the Data & AI Academy. You will create and promote new learning offerings, manage stakeholder relationships, deliver impactful presentations, and facilitate trainings to empower employees for the (Data &) AI transformation at BASF. You ´re a motivated individual who wants to work in an energetic and diverse team and are enthusiastic about digital upskilling and AI.RESPONSIBILITIESYour main tasks in this role would be:Design and develop engaging and impactful learning offerings and internal presentations, in collaboration with subject matter experts, to enhance employee upskilling in Data and AI topics.Communicate and promote learning offerings to ensure they reach the intended target audience(s). Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating with various teams and departments.Facilitate trainings and workshops to equip employees with essential Data and AI skills.Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trainings and learning resources.Support the overall AI transformation at BASF by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in Data and AI.Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Data and AI and modern learning methods to ensure the academy's offerings are relevant, up-to-date and cutting-edge.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor ´s or Master ´s degree in the field of business administration, business information technology, learning and development, digital innovation management, communication management, psychology with a focus on employee development, change management or a related field of study.Minimum 3 years' related work experience, ideally with a focus on working in either digital transformation, innovation, tech, Data or AI area OR bringing in experience from corporate learning with willingness to learn about Data & AI.Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, learning resources and presentations within a corporate setting
