WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Our team "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement" provides exceptional Data Science services tostakeholders across BASF. We are committed to being the driving enablement force behind the AItransformation at BASF and also serve as the backbone of the Analytics & AI Community. Together,we aim to empower employees and enable their success by offering comprehensive upskillingservices through our internal Data & AI Academy.In this role, you will drive the development and execution of learning initiatives at the Data & AIAcademy. You will create and promote new learning offerings, manage stakeholder relationships,deliver impactful presentations, and facilitate trainings to empower employees for the (Data &) AItransformation at BASF. You´re a motivated individual who wants to work in an energetic anddiverse team and are enthusiastic about digital upskilling and AI. RESPONSIBILITIES Your main tasks in this role would be:• Design and develop engaging and impactful learning offerings and internalpresentations, in collaboration with subject matter experts, to enhance employeeupskilling in Data and AI topics.• Communicate and promote learning offerings to ensure they reach the intended targetaudience(s). Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating with various teams anddepartments.• Facilitate trainings and workshops to equip employees with essential Data and AI skills.• Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trainings and learning resources.• Support the overall AI transformation at BASF by fostering a culture of continuouslearning and development in Data and AI.• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in Data and AI and modern learningmethods to ensure the academy's offerings are relevant, up-to-date and cutting-edge. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in the field of: business administration or business information technology, learning and development, digital innovation management,communication management, psychology with a focus on employee development,change management or a related field of study.• Minimum 3 years' related work experience, ideally with a focus on working in eitherdigital transformation, innovation, tech, Data or AI area OR bringing in experience fromcorporate learning with willingness to learn about Data & AI.• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, learningresources and presentations within a corporate setting.• Experience in project management and/or stakeholder management and working withsubject matter experts.• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information andengage diverse audiences.• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in driving digital transformation(learning/enablement) initiatives within an organization.• Willingness to learn about Data & AI concepts, even if prior knowledge in these areasis not mandatory.• Fluency in English.
