Job Description The selected candidate will report directly to the L&D Manager, who in turn reports to the CTO of the company.
As a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team at Iberia, the L&D Intern will gain a comprehensive and enriching experience, actively participating in the management and execution of various development and training projects.As an L&D Intern, you will be responsible for various functions, including:Management and Logistics: Assist with the planning and logistical organization prior to the execution of training and development activities to ensure their proper implementation.Registration and Surveys: At the end of the training sessions, record attendance in the tracking sheet.
Additionally, you will handle the distribution of satisfaction surveys and supporting materials when necessary (recordings, presentations, etc.
).Mandatory Trainings: Ensure that employees complete pending e-learning courses and address any related issues or incidents.Reports: Assist in the tracking and preparation of reports required for analysis and internal audits.Program Follow-up: Monitor our global training programs, receive feedback from participants and managers, and take measures to improve processes.Invoice Registration: Record invoices in the annual L&D budget sheet.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education is required.Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel.Good communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
