The Manager of Learning and Development supports the strategy and development of learning offerings that ensure constant growth in our team's capabilities, skills and potential to meet and exceed business objectives and results targets. Working with the Learning and Development team and global talent colleagues, the Manager of Learning and Development builds exceptional curriculum & content, scalable training processes and ensures outstanding facilitation of onboarding and instruction for employees resulting in increased retention and employee engagement.
