As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more.

You should be passionate about helping people learn and grow and help the company succeed by training and developing our people.

Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute learning strategies and programsEvaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainingsIdentify and assess future and current training needsDraw an overall or individualized training and development planAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunitiesHelp managers develop their team members through career pathing Experience And QualificationsBachelor's degree in psychology or a related field5+ years of experience in a similar roleCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesStrong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manualsExperience in project management and budgetingProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsSpanish and English proficiency.
