Learning and Development Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organizationAssess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managersEvaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvementsDevelop training materials and facilitate training sessionsCollaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to identify and address skill gaps within the organizationCoordinate work between the three divisions of Fashion, F&B, and W&FJ to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiativesManage the training budget and ensure cost-effectivenessManage the Bloom and Boost software programs to provide a seamless learning experience for employeesCommunication Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and progress to the Country HR Director and other stakeholdersStay up-to-date with developments in the field of learning and development and implement innovative ways of learning (Engagement Support the engagement survey process by providing input and analysing resultsCollaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagementMonitor progressQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related fieldExperience in designing and implementing training programsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in Spanish and EnglishFamiliarity with LMS
