Learning & Development Manager

WHY - THE MISSION Advance career development in order to support personal and professional development as well as business needs and evolutions by : future proofing and equipping people with the required skillsets and capabilities, providing transparency about career opportunities and development paths fostering a growth mindset Key Responsibilities: Learning and Development Design and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to identify and address skill gaps within the organization Coordinate work between the three divisions of Fashion, F&B, and W&FJ to ensure alignment and consistency in training initiatives Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness Manage the Bloom and Boost software programs to provide a seamless learning experience for employees Communication Prepare and present regular reports on training activities and progress to the Country HR Director and other stakeholders Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of learning and development and implement innovative ways of learning (communicate relevant information to employees and managers?) Support people changes by communicating information about new hires, open positions, and organizational changes Engagement Support the engagement survey process by providing input and analysing results Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement Monitor progress Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field Experience in designing and implementing training programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in Spanish and English Familiarity with LMS
