The People Development & Wellbeing team is responsible for:
Learning:
Defining and executing the Learning strategy.
Ensuring Group Operations transition into a continuous learning organization by collaborating with business and HR teams, promoting new L&D opportunities.
Enabling business transformation through upskilling and reskilling based on current and future business needs.
Talent & Leadership Development:
Identifying, developing, and retaining crucial skill profiles.
Fostering internal job mobility and connecting employees to career growth opportunities.
Upskilling managers by designing and implementing global standards & solutions.
D&I / Wellbeing:
Embracing a culture of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and being a role model for AXA Group's D&I strategy.
Being a trusted person for D&I matters for all employees.
Ensuring staff work in environments that encourage physical and mental wellbeing.
POSITION MISSION
Execute the Learning strategy as a key member of the Learning & Development team.
Enable business transformation through upskilling and reskilling based on current and future business needs.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Execute Group Operations strategy and Learning strategy by:
Understanding the business challenges of Group Operations and its business units.
Working closely with key stakeholders in business units, local/global HR teams, and other CoEs.
Taking a proactive approach and acting as a consultant to the business.
Translating stakeholders' challenges into impactful L&D solutions.
Designing, developing, managing, and evaluating learning and capacity development programs.
Ensuring the implementation and operational management of learning.
Managing a dedicated budget.
Presenting L&D solutions to the workers council as required.
Growing knowledge and networks with top providers/experts by following new learning innovations and creating partnerships.
PROFILE
2-5 years professional experience in developing and launching effective tools in skills development.
Strong project and budget management skills.
Proven track record of demonstrating intellectual rigor and curiosity.
Experience in crafting and delivering effective messages to various stakeholders.
Awareness of industry trends in Learning and Organizational Development.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to work in a matrix multi-cultural environment.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.

Very strong L&D competencies and proven track record in delivering L&D solutions.

Excellent listening and communication skills.
English proficiency is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
Curious and persistent innovator with good creativity.
Ability to work in a team and propose solutions proactively.
