CONTEXT AND TEAMThe People Development & Wellbeing team is responsible for:Learning - The Learning strategy definition and execution.
- Ensuring Group Operations transition into a continuous learning organization by strongly collaborating with the business and local/global HR teams, by changing the way of learning and by promoting new ways of L&D opportunities and solutions.
- Enabling the business transformation (key scope: upskilling/reskilling) by CoE consulting and by providing a global inhouse offer for individual & collective upskilling and reskilling needs (both on soft and technical skills) based on the current and future business needs.Talent & Leadership Development - Ensuring that GO systematically identifies, develops and retains crucial skill profiles (as-is, future/WFE) by designing and implementing adequate solutions based on GO's definition of people segments and by providing attractive development opportunities for specific people segments.
- Fostering internal job mobility and connecting employees to career growth opportunities.
- Upskilling of managers by designing and implementing global standards & solutions.D&I/Wellbeing - Ensuring that GO embraces a culture of D&I and is a role model for AXA Group's D&I strategy by setting D&I at the top of GO's agenda (D&I strategy, targets & plans) and by designing and implementing tailored solutions to increase the diversity in the organization.

- Working closely with key stakeholders in business units/countries, the local/global HR teams and other CoEs (e.G.
Workforce Evolution team) and by creating a strong partnership with them.
- Having a proactive approach and acting as consultant to the business.
- Translating stakeholders' challenges into impactful L&D solutions.
- Designing, developing, managing and evaluating learning and capacity development programmes/initiatives using a variety of learning methodologies with an end-to-end responsibility.
- Ensuring the implementation, follow-up and operational management of learning.
- Managing a dedicated budget.
- Present L&D solutions to the workers council where required, especially regarding the learning plan development, the different Commissions connected to Group Operations learning and development.
- Grow state of the art knowledge and a network with top providers/experts by: - Continuously following new learning innovations, practices and trends.
- Creating and optimizing innovative partnerships with service providers.Your ProfilePROFILEAt least 2-5 years professional experience in developing and launching effective tools and practices in skills development in an international and cross-cultural setting.Strong project and budget management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate learning initiatives.Proven track record of demonstrating intellectual rigour and curiosity to accurately assess issues and seek solutions that are efficient and effective under different business environments.Proven experience in crafting and delivering effective messages to various stakeholders for their engagement with new tools and practices.Awareness of industry trends and best practices in the Learning and Organizational Development Domain.Skills & CompetenciesAbility to work in a matrix multi-cultural environment & with senior executives.Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Interpersonal skills to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve results.Strategic thinking to deal with complex challenges/transformations with the right balance.Strong business acumen / IT business / digital background; good knowledge of digital trends, IT transformation.Experience working directly with a Learning Management system or other learning technology platforms.Very strong in project and program management practices.Very strong L&D competencies and proven track record in defining, designing and delivering L&D solutions with a complex, critical or crucial scope.Transfer/upskilling of other team members.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent listening and communication skills.English proficiency is mandatory.
