The role of Learning Development Director, Digital Health will report to the Head of Digital Health Office.The Learning Development Director will play a key role in shaping and delivering the learning strategy for Digital Health and coordinating learning across our key collaborator communities through appropriate "train the trainer" programmes.
This experienced professional is expected to make critical contributions to making AZ a great place to work and drive tangible business outcomes that demonstrate the impact of learning on the organisation.
The successful individual will be able to work independently to deliver high-quality learning interventions in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
**Typical Accountabilities**:Partner with Digital Health business leaders to conduct effective learning diagnosis of business and learner needs and translate into practical development strategy and learning plans.Owner for the Digital Health content on the AZ Degreed learning platform; responsible for maintaining and updating content to meet current and future business needs.Commission and oversee the design and build of learning content with preferred external strategic partners, vendors, or institutions and ensure delivery to agreed business specifications.Represent Digital Health on the RD wide LD Functional Learning Leads team, bringing a strong voice of the business to evolve the RD learning strategy.Strengthen and build LD capability in the function by active participation in the RD Learning Guild and support capability development of LD and technical staff involved in delivering learning solutions.Build appropriate training programmes to support key customer and partner groups across RD to learn and embed Digital Health solutions.Actively engage the learner audience, conducting regular voice of the employee exercises and organising/facilitating learning engagement activities.Oversee and manage learning plans for compliance-based Digital Health Cornerstone training, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.Responsible for the Digital Health onboarding approach, using HR global onboarding tools to ensure an impactful and seamless experience for new employees.
**Minimum Qualifications**:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (7 plus years' experience preferred)Higher level qualifications or accreditations in learning and development.
