YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will join the Solutions & Operations Excellence Team that belongs to the Global Contract Logistics (CL) Team.
Solutions & Operations Excellence is a CEVA Global team of engineers working together to Design, Implement and Improve our Customer's Supply Chain.
We develop tools and solutions dedicated to our entire Contract Logistics community composed of +40,000 colleagues (engineers, project managers, contract managers and operational teams), located in our 5 Regions.
As a Learning Back Office Expert, you will play a vital role on the design, development, implementation, and animation of all the learning solutions, working closely with seasoned professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, to help each of our CL grow in their competencies and skills.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Training Program Creation Support
Developing creative learning content & transform PowerPoint product presentations delivered by Subject Matter Expert into interactive e-learning sessions/quiz, etc...
Propose templates and tools to enhance Learning.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training schedules and calendars.
Help on building a dynamic and innovative organization committed to fostering a culture of continuous Learning & Development.
Collaborate on animating and engaging our CL Academy Community, using tools like Teams channels, Kahoot, Beekast, Whiteboards, etc.and proposing any new revolutionary ones!
Support on Learning Management Systems (LMS) management, maintenance, and improvement, exploring new ways to maximize the Learning solution.
In-class Training Back Office (TMS)
Manage administrative files in Training Management System (TMS): entry of solutions, sessions, registration of trainees and trainers in the Training Orchestra system, entry of attendance sheets, management of training agreements, creation of administrative files. Work closely with the CMA CGM Academy Back Office team to make sure all learning solutions developed by CEVA teams are stored under the right Training Online Platform & ready to be deployed within all 5 regions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5 years of higher education
+2 years working experience either in HR, consultative company, marketing, product management or in education or a startup could be also a good candidate.
Interested in developing people and making them grow within their job.
Similar experience ideally acquired within a training department or a training organization, which has allowed you to prove your autonomy, your rigor, as well as your reactivity.
Tech-savy and at ease with digital learning tools.
Customer-oriented with an eye for detail.
Autonomous, able to get easily self-learning to learn quicky new content & vocabulary/aera of business
Good communicator and able to work efficiently remotely (most of our meetings will have to be done through Teams)
Strong organisational skills
5 years of higher education (eg. Education in psychologist, education in didactics)
Similar experience in logistics or supply chain/IT
Has an idea of selling services & know how to explain the value.
French and German is a plus.
