YOUR ROLE In this position, you will join the Solutions & Operations Excellence Team that belongs to the Global Contract Logistics (CL) Team. Solutions & Operations Excellence is a CEVA Global team of engineers working together to Design, Implement and Improve our Customer's Supply Chain. We develop tools and solutions dedicated to our entire Contract Logistics community composed of +40,000 colleagues (engineers, project managers, contract managers and operational teams), located in our 5 Regions. As a Learning Back Office Expert, you will play a vital role on the design, development, implementation, and animation of all the learning solutions,working closely with seasoned professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment, to help each of our CL grow in their competencies and skills. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Training Program Creation Support Developing creative learning content & transform PowerPoint product presentations delivered by Subject Matter Expert into interactive e-learning sessions/quiz, etc... Propose templates and tools to enhance Learning. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training schedules and calendars. Help on building a dynamic and innovative organization committed to fostering a culture of continuous Learning & Development. Collaborate on animating and engaging our CL Academy Community, using tools like Teams channels, Kahoot,Beekast, Whiteboards, etc.And proposing any new revolutionary ones! Support on Learning Management Systems (LMS) management, maintenance, and improvement, exploring new ways to maximize the Learning solution
