We are looking for a creative Training Content Developer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for creating compelling visuals and multimedia—whether from school projects, personal hobbies, or freelance work—and who is ready to take the next step into instructional design.As a Training Content Developer, you will transform instructional designs into engaging learning materials and multimedia assets that inspire and educate learners across different formats (e-learning modules, videos, infographics, job aids, etc.). No prior professional experience is required; if you have the skills and the passion, we'll help you grow into the instructional design aspect of the role.Key Responsibilities:Content Development : Translate instructional designs into interactive, engaging, and instructionally sound learning materials for various formats (e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, infographics, assessments, etc.).Multimedia Design : Develop multimedia assets including images, animations, videos, infographics, newsletters, brochures, and interactive simulations, to support diverse learning modalities.Course Authoring : Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create SCORM-compliant modules (we'll teach you if you're not already familiar!).Collaboration : Work closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct testing to ensure functionality, usability, and user experience, addressing any bugs or issues in the content.Content Management : Maintain and update learning materials, ensuring they remain current, accurate, and aligned with organizational needs and standards.Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in learning technologies and methodologies to continuously improve content development processes.Qualifications:Experience with graphic design software (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
