You'll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers.This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include weekend days, night shifts, and on-call duty.Key job responsibilities Organize delivery of training and coaching to Amazon's standard, including refresher trainingsReview and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associatesGather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experienceWork with teams to identify areas where further training and development is neededHelp to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sitesTrain and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teamsMaintain records of all trainings and the assessment of skills allocationsAssist in overseeing the development of our employees' skills through training on various roles in preparation for peak seasonBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materialsRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in English (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a coaching, mentoring, or teaching roleRelevant experience of managing multiple, competing priorities concurrentlyWillingness to work in different areas or shifts as required by training needsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
