Learning Coordinator, Amzl Supply Chain Learning

You'll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers.This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include weekend days, night shifts, and on-call duty.Key job responsibilities Organise delivery of training and coaching to Amazon's standard, including refresher trainings.Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates.Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed.Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites.Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams.Maintain records of all trainings and the assessment of skills allocations.Assist in overseeing the development of our employees' skills through training on various roles in preparation for peak season.Experience in a coaching, mentoring, or teaching role.Relevant experience of managing multiple, competing priorities concurrently.Willingness to work in different areas or shifts as required by training needs.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
