This position is one of the most strategically important at goFLUENT: being in direct contact with our learners, consultants help them have the best learning experience, interact with teachers, and our product and service teams.What you will doBuild expertise and maintain a full understanding of our products and services. Explain and guide learners starting their education at goFLUENT.Help learners develop a training plan, understand their expectations, and effectively offer solutions to problems they may encounter.Respond to learner inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat...)Ensure seamless and efficient communication with internal teams.Show initiative to optimize internal procedures, improve the quality of responses, and enhance feedback from learners.You will enjoy this job if youHave excellent oral and written Russian language skills.Have successful experience in customer support.Possess high empathy and can solve complex problems during conversations, bringing a smile to customers.Are organized, responsive, sincere, and independent.We expect from you1-4 years of customer service experienceKnowledge of internet technologies and proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Open OfficeAdvanced level of English (oral and written)Higher education in any fieldWhat we offerOur corporate culture is like no other.
