Key Responsibilities: Design and Facilitate Learning: Develop and deliver interactive, effective training sessions tailored to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate Globally: Work with our global L&D team to adapt training content for regional or team-specific needs. Coach and Mentor: Provide personalized coaching to colleagues, helping them apply new skills to real-world challenges and fostering professional growth. Empower Leaders: Partner with HR teams to equip managers with tools to become effective leaders and trusted thought partners. Promote Best Practices: Build and maintain a resource library to support ongoing learning and innovation across the organization. Shape Culture: Act as a role model of our values, contributing to initiatives like DE&I, Great Place to Work, and team-building programs. Support New Hires: Lead New Hire Orientation sessions for Spain and the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Analyze and Plan: Conduct training needs analyses, prepare training plans, and align them with business priorities and emerging trends. Streamline Administration: Manage training records, handle administrative tasks, and oversee processes like government subsidy claims. Measure Impact: Track and report on training effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and other feedback tools. Leverage Technology: Use MS Office and other tools to create visually impactful presentations, reports, and e-learning content. Adapt and Innovate: Take on new responsibilities and projects as business needs evolve. Qualifications: We're looking for someone who combines creativity with a strategic mindset and the skills to bring learning initiatives to life: Education/Experience: Background in HR, L&D, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus. Facilitation Expertise: Skilled in creating engaging, interactive learning environments for diverse audiences. Content Creation: Proficient in simplifying complex concepts and driving change through compelling content (e.g., PowerPoint, workshops). Collaboration: Consultative approach, with strong listening and problem-solving skills. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with LMS, e-learning tools, or video-making is a plus. Flexibility: Willing to travel as needed. Innovation: Experience in creating e-learning content and multimedia resources is a significant advantage.
