The HR Specialist (Learning & Development) is an expert to provide innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences in the field of digital learning to the organization. The function holder is knowledgeable on current system in use for digital learning productions and keen to stay updated on new functionalities and systems for ever-improving digital learning creation.
You will work on
Collaborate with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needsContribute to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning CenterGuide and facilitate e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidanceDevelop and structure e-learning content using Hydro's toolsSource visual content, coordinate production meetings, and ensure course approvalConduct thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assuranceAlign and edit video content, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitlesProactively update content, contribute to e-learning projects, and manage e-learning translations with external vendorsContinuously improve our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trendsVirtual Reality (VR) training creation, maintenance and interface within SAP systemsWhat We Offer You

At least 2-3 years of experience in digital/e-learning creationBachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalentUnderstanding of instructional design principlesStrong computer literacy skills (Microsoft tools)Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing softwareExperience with Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageousVirtual reality (VR) training creation & maintenance experience as an assetProject management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesCreative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia contentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEnglish fluent proficiency, both oral and written, any additional language is an advantageHydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
