Role overviewThe overall purpose of this job is to develop and implement innovative learning and development strategies to support the growth and development of employees at Ilkari. The Learning and Development Specialist will optimize existing processes, participate in the development of new processes and learning initiatives, and contribute to the enhancement of organisational knowledge.
Reporting to the Head of People and Workplace, the L&D Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing employee skills, engagement and overall organisational performance.
What you'll doDesign and deliver training programs to support the development of employees.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their professional growth (long-term).Manage learning platforms and resources to ensure accessibility and relevance of training materials.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align learning initiatives and strategy with organizational goals.What are we looking forEducation Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.Experience Significant experience in Learning & Development roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.Proven track record of defining and implementing learning strategies with measurable outcomes.Experience collaborating with senior leaders and managing expectations.Ability to conduct training needs assessments and design effective learning solutions.Experience working with distributed, international teams.Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Skills Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Excellent project management skills to oversee the development and implementation of training programs.Outstanding facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Skilled in providing constructive feedback and guidance to support employee development.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to measure and report on L&D program effectiveness.Additional Qualifications Experience in collaborating with external providers for outsourced training needs.Adaptability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.Familiarity with current trends and best practices in L&D.What's in it for you (Spain)Private life and health insurance for you and your family.Four weeks per year to work from anywhere for eligible employees.Gym reimbursement.Company bus line for convenient transportation applicable for employees Málaga based.Learning Pocket for personal development.A hybrid working model with flexible hours.3 volunteering paid days each year.Generous referral bonus programme.
