What is your mission? Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will work as an L&D Specialist for our client.
The role of the Training Specialist is to assist with the L&D needs of the Player Support teams.
The Training Specialist will be responsible for assisting our client in identifying learning gaps and developing training materials aimed at addressing them, as well as providing onboarding and on-going training to our client's trainers.
They are expected to understand the application of adult learning theory, primarily in instructor-led training, and support trainers towards their professional growth.
Responsibilities: Working with the Learning & Development Manager and L&D teams at partners to identify learning gaps through data analysis, and design the necessary training materials to address them.Design, develop and sometimes deliver training through a combination of presentations and facilitated activities.Maintain game knowledge, procedures and workflows for each game support area assigned.Build relationships that allow ongoing collaborative interactions that help identify learner deficiencies, formulate individual and team development plans, relevant courses, and implement training programs.Work with game support management and personnel to assess and customize regional learning programs based on current and future needs.Assist with the identification of learning success measures and report on outcomes.Work as an effective part of a team to design curriculum using adult learning theory and instructional design principles.Review, update, and maintain the training curriculum on an ongoing basis.Participate in development opportunities and global learning initiatives.Assist in development of other trainers.
Perform peer-level review on training course content, learning applications and classroom delivery.Establish, nurture, and maintain a beneficial partnership with global player support teams to provide regular and ongoing training requirements.What are we looking for? Classroom training and curriculum design experience.Able to work effectively with minimal day-to-day supervision.Familiar with training evaluation processes and methodologies.Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.Demonstrated excellence working in a collaborative team environment.Qualification in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or another relevant field.Experience working in customer service centers.Experience delivering onboarding training.Flexibility to work from home and from the office.Occasional travel may be required.Who are TDCX?
