Role Overview : As an International Learning and Development Facilitator at SD Worx, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and satisfaction of our employees across Europe. Your responsibilities will cover the entire learning process, from identifying needs to designing and facilitating innovative training solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate internal training programs.
Conduct training needs analyses for individuals and teams.
Develop and implement career paths and training tracks, including onboarding.
Manage the corporate training calendar.
Assess workshop effectiveness and manage participant numbers.
Oversee training logistics: planning, trainers, materials, evaluations.
Effectively communicate training programs within the organization.
Support the digitization of training offerings.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate and facilitate with internal resources and third-party vendors.
Key Accountabilities Maintain and develop the SD Worx training catalogue.
Design, implement and facilitate learning paths and career tracks.
Expectations, Experience & Knowledge Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international context.
Expertise in creating excellent customer experiences.
Knowledge of process improvement.
Affinity with soft-skill training.
Multilingual: Dutch, French, and English proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
