The Challenge: The L&D Manager will work with multiple stakeholders to own, define and manage the training requirements across all business units including soft skills, leadership, and hard skills as well as other innovative programs aimed at building a world-class team (mentoring program, aligned with trainers, knowledge-sharing initiatives, etc.).
What You Will Do: Conduct training needs analysis and create content with rollout plan to reduce identified knowledge gaps.Be responsible for all logistics, negotiations with providers, and administration tasks.Build a vision for a dedicated L&D team at Wallapop.Own the L&D reporting piece serving as a base for all recommendations and a gauge of L&D quality delivery.Define and implement best practices to evaluate training effectiveness up to and including business impact and ROI.Build on existing L&D foundations and develop a fully-fledged L&D function.Determine structure to scale tooling; we don't have a learning management system and this person will be key.Is a key role in our organization, since one of our leading values is 'learn and grow'.What We're Looking For: Experience as a Learning Development Manager or Lead within a fast-growing and dynamic tech company.A highly strategic L&D professional able to keep an eye on the detail while focusing on overall vision.A creative problem solver, action-oriented, and resourceful.Can prioritize effectively - leading on multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong communication.Solid business acumen to be able to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across the company.Excellent abilities in organization, coordination, and project management.
