.Job Description SummaryThis is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 6 months.Job DescriptionSandoz is a global leader in biosimilar and generics medicines, committed to driving access to medicine worldwide. It will allow us to innovate and pioneer greater access to high-quality medicines, but we can only do this by bringing the best and the brightest minds together.During the next 6 months, you can contribute to building the new Sandoz by supporting Sandoz Iberia as a Lean Six Sigma Operations Associate.Your responsibilities will include:Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes and reduce defects.Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.Deploy Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce variability.Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives.Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Create and deliver training materials to build Lean Six Sigma capability within the organization.Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track project success and drive continuous improvement.Identify and implement cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals.Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.What you'll bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.Extensive experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S.Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis software.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional improvement projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and drive change across various organizational levels.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Why Sandoz?Generic and biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry
