Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d) Country/Region:  ES Location:  Alfaro, RI, ES, 26540 We are looking for a new colleague in our Production Friction Materials Group team for our site in Alfaro (La Rioja).What you can look forward to as Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d):Process analysis and optimization – finding bottlenecks and weak points in production process. Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with help of LEAN ToolsImplementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiativeContinuous Improvement – drive, monitor and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories and identify areas for further optimizationConducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops of Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinkingNetworking – be part of worldwide network of specialist, where you can learn or advise.
