Analyze existing workflows and eliminate waste with the help of LEAN Tools.Implementation of LEAN culture – implementing and empowering LEAN principles. Engage with employees and challenge LEAN initiatives.Continuous Improvement – drive, monitor, and ensure improvement in areas of focus. Analyze the results of activities and workshops, create success stories, and identify areas for further optimization.Conducting Trainings/Workshops – provide training and workshops on Lean principles. Be a coach. Promote LEAN thinking.Networking – be part of a worldwide network of specialists, where you can learn or advise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate improvements, and share best practices.Your profile as a Lean Promotion Officer:Knowledge of LEAN Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS,…) and familiarity with manufacturing principles, methodologies, tools, and KPI's.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills/attitude.Ability/Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.English language competency spoken/written.Experience with continuous improvement and/or Manufacturing Engineering role within the automotive industry.Be part of our ZF team as a Lean Promotion Officer and apply now!
