Lean Manufacturing/Iws Manager

Our client is an important Spanish food multinational that is undergoing a change in its work systems. For this reason that we are currently seeking an expert in managing change in work systems within a production environment for one of our plants. It is a management position specialized in the implementation and continuous improvement following Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Integrated Work System (IWS) methodologies.   Main responsabilities In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop process improvements, as well as implement changes to workflows, structures and teams to ensure continued business performance. You will be in permanent contact with the work environment, detecting and improving deficiencies in the production chains. Defend efficiency using appropriate resources and eliminate what does not add value   Requirements: Requirements The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position to demonstrate competence especially in manufacturing plants. Experience implementing continuous improvement capabilities within an organization. Demonstrated experience developing, training, implementing operational excellence capabilities and continuous improvements across the entire workflow and reducing or eliminating non-value adding tasks. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and numerical proficiency. Collaboration and communication skills at all levels of the company. Orientation to people, involving them and communicating exactly what is expected of them and accompanying them in the management of change.
