Empower and develop the autonomy of operational teams to steer continuous progress by supporting the change management.KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:The potential progress initiatives of his/her entity are identified.The progress initiatives are implemented using the job study methodology and/or the Lean approach to improve the performance of his/her entity.The basics of the industrial organization are in place and maintained: Unit Time, Occupancy Rate per operator, activity monitoring.Standards and associated control mechanisms are established.Change management is carried out successfully.Operational teams gain autonomy to steer their progress initiatives.Flows are under control.LEAN studies or progress projects are led and carried out.The necessary resources (manpower / processes / machines) are defined and the capacities are mastered.Best practices are shared with the progress network and used to identify and propose actions.What are the main challenges?Act as one of the main agents of change within the area to support business decisions.Perform root cause analysis.Ensure an active and effective channel of communication between main stakeholders.What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?Previous experience in manufacturing environments is an asset.Solid communication skills
