We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented professional to optimize our processes and promote operational efficiency.Job Description Roles and ResponsibilitiesFacilitation of Kaizen events using all Lean Manufacturing Tools.Training and cultural activities to engage people to the use of Lean.Facilitate and Deploy Lean initiatives.Coach High performance teams.Customer service aspects concerning Lean Manufacturing.Required QualificationsFor roles outside of the USA - This role requires basic experience in Manufacturing & Production Quality. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).For roles in the USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).English and Spanish proficiency.Knowledge and application of lean tools (Kanban, Standard work, TPM, 5S, Kaizen events, Material flow, SMED, Visual management, etc.).Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills (8D, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5 whys).Proficiency in digital tools (Smart sheet, Tableau, Machine learning, AI, etc.).Desired CharacteristicsStrong competence in Lean Manufacturing and hands-on experience in execution on the shop floor.Solid knowledge of engineering, quality, and manufacturing processes.Successfully facilitated manufacturing or transactional Kaizen events.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-18808-Ljbffr
