Role overview: The primary focus of the role involves the strategic development and programme management of global multi-site Lean Production initiatives that aim to drive growth and development across the company's sites.
Key responsibilities include delivering lean methodology standards, running workshops, conducting audits, and assessing workbooks and equipment standards.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and follow up on the definition of projects related to different initiatives of Growth and individual sites, including: Creation and implementation of OPEX workbook Leadership in major capital investment projects Defining equipment standards, workflow, and layouts Leading OPEX Workshops across multiple factories Supporting audits to state Operational Excellence level of the plants Facilitating deployment of lean manufacturing and OPEX mentality Creating tracking systems for projects Monitoring the status of Lean Initiatives for the plants Supporting the definition of technical standards for new investments Coaching teams in the implementation of operational excellence initiatives Working closely with the Global Operational Excellence Director to identify improvement opportunities Collaborating with different regions to support identifying Best Practices Collaborating with functions such as IT, CI, Innovation, Production, Quality Tracking savings from Operational Excellence initiatives Standardizing and harmonizing activities across global locations Supporting benchmarking and workshops by collecting and analyzing data Ensuring compliance with Company Management Systems (e.g., Project, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations) Education & Training: Lean/6Sigma certification or equivalent Advanced MS Office and Power BI skills Experience: Over 10 years' experience in Lean/6Sigma methodologies across multiple sites International lean programme management experience Over 15 years' experience in manufacturing environments (ideally automotive or operations excellence sectors) Proven experience in defining and implementing an OPEX strategy Prepared to travel extensively on an international basis Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset Organizational capability and resilience Ability to present at all levels High motivation and sophisticated communication skills For EU roles, candidates must be eligible to work and live in the European Union.
