Lean Manager

Everything you are looking for and more We're on the hunt for someone who can help us build a customer-centric, continuous improvement environment across all our centers in Spain. We need someone who can optimize processes, identify areas for improvement to maximize resources and cut costs. What responsibilities and objectives will you have? Work to build a continuous improvement environment and customer-centric culture, in all the group's centres in Spain,improving processes and optimising efficiency. Encourage and restore the culture of continuous improvement at all levels and with all employees. Identifying waste to optimise resources and reduce costs. Communicates and provides training on the Continuous Improvement cycle. Data analysis and implementation and monitoring of KPIs, identification of areas for improvement and evaluation of the impact of implemented initiatives. Well, what will the requirements be? Graduate in any stream. Specific training in Lean management. 2-5 years of experience as a Lean manager or promoter in the industrial/logistics sector. Experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, design thinking Level of English B1-B2 Have commitment to customer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment.
