This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in regions such as EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific.
Your mission and responsibilities:The Lean & Agile Business Excellence Professional is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Lean and Agile program, and driving Lean and Agile transformation across the Digital Engagement and Infrastructure organization with the aim to provide value for users and business.
The Lean & Agile Business Excellence Professional will provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance to teams and leadership, and be responsible for developing, delivering, and scaling the Lean and Agile transformation strategy, roadmap, and associated initiatives.
Tasks and responsibilities:Develop and Implement Lean and Agile Transformation Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the Lean and Agile transformation strategy, including a roadmap of initiatives and measurable goals.
Ensure that the strategy includes appropriate governance structures to support its implementation and alignment with overall business goals.Drive and support Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility.Foster a Lean and Agile Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation, by driving Lean and Agile principles, practices, and values across the organization.Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Lean and Agile principles and practices and ensure alignment with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.Drive Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Lean and Agile program and initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress.Develop and implement a program for continuous improvement of Lean and Agile practices within the organization.Foster Collaboration and Partnership: Foster collaboration and partnership with other functional areas in the organization, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure alignment and integration of the Lean and Agile transformation strategy.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in large transformation projects in complex, global matrix organizations with cross-cultural management experience.Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
Certificates preferred.Proven track record of successfully leading Lean and Agile transformation initiatives in large organizations.Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.Drive for continuous efficiency improvements, customer and user focused and results driven.Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience implementing agile methodologies with non-software teams (business agility).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.High level of initiative and ability to work independently.Being part of our team:Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company.
