David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a worldwide leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing to find a Leadership Development Trainer & Coach with proficient level of English language to join the team in Barcelona.Position: Leadership Development Trainer & CoachLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Analyze leadership development needs of the organization on an ongoing basis- Design and maintain a Leadership Development Program for colleagues looking to become first-time managers- Coordinate and deliver Leadership Development Programs, individual and group coaching sessions,and other on demand solutions- Implement and facilitate Leadership Development Programs across all levels of management within the organization- Evaluate effectiveness of solutions delivered with 360º evaluations and other applicable tools, and propose and implement improvements- Report on leadership development KPI to relevant stakeholders- Select external partners to deliver additional leadership development interventions on specific needs.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Proven track of record of strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing and enhancing learning & development for Leadership competencies- Understand the multiple dimensions of organizational challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced organization- Previous experience working in a sales organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders- Ability to think independently with a high degree of self-motivation- Ability to provide individual and group feedback and guidance across all levels of management within the organization- Experience in translating business requirements into development solutions by using strong diagnostic skills including listening, probing and analyzing- Strong written and oral communication and influencing skills- English proficiency (C1)- Certification in coaching methodologies- Other Leadership Development certifications are a plus.**BENEFITS**:- Full-time position (39 hours/week)- Competitive Salary- Relocation package- Established career path to grow within the project- Employment with the world's largest provider of contact center services- Excellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements and personal development- Dynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages gathered in a highly-motivated team
