Your Impact As a Lead Technical Consultant in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will be instrumental in delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions to clients by developing and implementing strategies that align with their business objectives. You will lead the technical implementation of large-scale IAM projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your expertise will center on our cutting-edge cybersecurity IAM product portfolio, guiding clients through the complexities of identity and access management, and overseeing the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) to optimize infrastructure costs and enhance system performance.
Your role will involve conducting detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies. You will provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, you will also deliver customized training sessions to improve user adoption rates.
