As the Lead Teacher, you will lead, inspire, and educate workers on Artificial Intelligence, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field.Bootcamp Schedule and DetailsDates:Various start dates from February through June.Format:Part-time bootcamp with classes held three weekdays from 6PM to 9PM and three Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM).Duration:15 to 16 weeks.Content:Focused on "IA for Leadership" and "Applying IA."Language:Spanish; fluency is required.The AI Teacher will be responsible for:Oversee the whole academic experience of the Ironhack bootcampFacilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic community that welcomes the various needs and learning styles of your studentsChallenge students to think strategically as they turn their ideas into real user design projectsCollaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers and the customer to ensure that students achieve their professional goalsAdminister assessment tasks and give students timely and accurate feedback on learning outcomesPrepare lesson plans that are balanced and meet the needs of the group and adjusts lesson plans to take account of learning success and difficultiesAlternate between teaching classroom versus pairs or groups giving clear instructionsCollaborate with Ironhack TeamResponsible for teaching the curriculum designed by our global education teamPlan the lessons according to the bootcamp objectivesSuccessfully create new techniques and materials, with advice from colleaguesWork with the global team in the rollout of new teaching materialsEffectively lead teaching and learning activities to ensure that students reach the learning outcomes set by Education TeamCommunity BuildingTo create a sense of community / Participate in the student experienceFacilitate a supportive and energetic community that lasts well beyond the courseRequirements+3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Generative AI…Fluent in Spanish, as the classes will be imparted in that language; all in-company communication will be in englishYou are passionate about AIYou like sharing knowledgeYou consider yourself a learnerYou want to make an impact on peopleYou have a great amount of empathy, compassion, and patienceExperience managing and keeping a team motivateA can-do attitude and a good sense of humorGreat communication skills and an ability to capture people's attention :)You are organized, reliable, communicative, open to feedbackYou enjoy teaching/mentoring others and that are involved in the Tech community
