About the gig
We are currently looking for dynamic, talented and experienced AI Engineering Lead Teachers to run bootcamps for one of our customers.
We are looking for people who are passionate about the AI world and sharing their expertise with aspiring product designers.
As the Lead Teacher, you will lead, inspire, and educate the next generation of AI professionals, helping them gain the skills and knowledge they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field.
About the position Bootcamp dates: 16 February to 8 May 20252 to 27 March 2025: part-time teaching bootcamp, only in the mornings due to Ramadan30 March to 3 April 2025: holiday weekAll other weeks: full-time teaching bootcamp Format: Full-time teaching bootcamp, Sundays to Thursdays, from 9 am to 6 pm (days off are Fridays & Saturdays)
Length: 11 weeks
Position: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Teaching in English - fluency required Responsibilities Oversee the whole academic experience of the Ironhack bootcampFacilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic community that welcomes the various needs and learning styles of your studentsChallenge students to think strategically as they turn their ideas into real user design projectsCollaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers and the customer to ensure that students achieve their professional goalsAdminister assessment tasks and give students timely and accurate feedback on learning outcomesPrepare lesson plans that are balanced and meet the needs of the group and adjust lesson plans to take account of learning success and difficultiesAlternate between teaching classroom versus pairs or groups giving clear instructions Collaborate with Ironhack Team Responsible for teaching the curriculum designed by our global education teamPlan the lessons according to the bootcamp objectivesSuccessfully create new techniques and materials, with advice from colleaguesWork with the global team in the rollout of new teaching materialsEffectively lead teaching and learning activities to ensure that students reach the learning outcomes set by Education Team Community Building Create a sense of community / Participate in the student experienceFacilitate a supportive and energetic community that lasts well beyond the Course Requirements +3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Generative AIFluent in English, as the classes will be imparted in that language; all in-company communication will be in EnglishYou are passionate about AIYou like sharing knowledgeYou consider yourself a learnerYou want to make an impact on peopleYou have a great amount of empathy, compassion, and patienceExperience managing and keeping a team motivatedA can-do attitude and a good sense of humorGreat communication skills and an ability to capture people's attentionYou are organized, reliable, communicative, open to feedbackYou enjoy teaching/mentoring others and are involved in the Tech Community El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo
