Position: MED Reporting & Compliance
Department: Reporting & Financial Controlling in VESTAS' Mediterranean Region
The role is responsible for the monthly closing and reporting to the headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Review and support month-end closing activities of local entities.
Timely and accurate reporting to the Headquarter.
Analysis of main KPIs related to the financial performance of the different business segments: evolution of Revenue, Contribution Margin, and EBIT.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
Analysis of deviations of actuals vs forecasts and budget.
Responsible for Regional Fixed Capacity Cost budget.
Ensuring adherence and compliance with VESTAS' accounting rules.
Point of contact for local Reporting & Compliance teams and BPM local controllers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Years of relevant experience in similar positions in multinationals or in auditing firms.
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
Mastering SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Advanced English level.
Competencies:

Accustomed to work in matrix organizations.
Proactive and able to work in a time-sensitive setting.
Solid customer orientation (able to build and develop effective business partnerships).
Hands-on, detail-oriented, organized, and structured.
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex accounting/financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
