The HR Transformation & CHRO office is working on a broad range of topics, from portfolio management to HR carve-out and transformation. If you like being at the center of the action, we would like to count on your support to ensure that the journey to the future of our function is a success.
The Lead Specialist HR Transformation & Carve-out provides valuable support to the team in a variety of capacities, working closely with the SVP HR Transformation & CHRO Office and the team to ensure successful delivery of the HR carve-out and transformation priorities.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the SVP HR Transformation & CHRO OfficeSupport strategic reporting for the HR LT (materials preparation, tactical output of meeting notes, actions)Research on key topics for LT to prompt the right thinking or challenges (where needed)Act as a flexible resource (in available capacity) to contribute to various project activities for the HR Transformation & CHRO office team.Manage the HR Synergy Value Tracking: coordinate the communication with HR Business Partners, ensuring the data is correct and complete according to the defined deadlinesCollaborate with the finance and data reporting team for the monthly reporting of headcount-related figuresFacilitate the transfer of information according to the defined processes, e.g., between global and regional HR BPsSupport the coordination of internal HR communications in terms of timing and set-up of HR-internal eventsCraft and publish internal webpages, newsletters and HR-related updates to different groups across the organization (e.g., people managers)Administer the internal HR digital platforms by overseeing and updating the contents and accesses of the internal HR Teams groups, or advising on SharePoint-related mattersYou Bring
University degree in relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration)In-depth understanding of HR & how it adds value to the businessProject Management Experience and an ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.Ability to understand wider organization strategy and application to functional HR context. Agile problem solver and able to contribute to shaping of core HR strategyAbility to provide expert advice, support, and guidance to the lead and other stakeholders during the merger integration process.Good influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
