Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilities Support the sales increase in complex countries and mid-markets proposing credit risk mitigation solutions ensuring a smooth and straightforward process connected to the documentary collection.Manage from an operational standpoint the documentary business according to the UCP600, ISP98 and URC522 liaising all internal and external interested parties ensuring compliance with procedures and guidelines, retaining all the evidence needed to avoid payments delays.Credit notes releasing after analysis and validation, customer balance confirmation, analysis of unallocated payments, ad hoc manual invoices.Update and maintain process and training documentation and support the implementation of process improvements.Build a strong partnership with external and internal customers (ie.
