Responsibilities: Manage the full project life cycle (SDLC): Lead projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, architectural and functional design, planning, development, testing, release, and support.
Engage with international stakeholders: Effectively manage communication and relationships with international stakeholders, particularly from Germany, the UK, and India.
Oversee IAM process improvements and support system maintenance.
Lead and mentor teams: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration while maintaining alignment with the central project strategy.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions: Utilize strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills to address business/technical relationship challenges and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Conduct process improvements: Drive process tuning, automation, and re engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
We are happy to hear from you if you have: 10+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years of experience in project management Experience in full SDLC (requirements, design, planning, development, testing, release, support) Experience in migration projects Good understanding of handling Business/Change stakeholders from technical side: influencing skills, collaboration skills, negotiation skills, being able to discuss on high level, attentive to Business/Tech relationship challenges and stakes Ability to manage business stakeholders: influence, collaboration, negotiation Experience with both internal customers and external suppliers Knowledge of access life cycle systems (request/approval, provisioning, re certification, etc.)
Familiarity with one of leading IAM solutions (eg., One Identity, Ping Identity, Forge Rock, etc) Support maintenance of IAM information assets across the organisation, including documentation, catalogs and risk assessments Experience with Data handling Excellent written and spoken English.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
Nice to have: Corporate banking/financial sectors background Knowledge of AIM/PAM concepts and cloud technologies.
