The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.Role OverviewAs a Lead Product Manager Monetisation and Payments (d/f/m) at Taxfix, you will lead our monetisation vision and payment infrastructure strategy. You will be responsible to drive the monetisation efforts for the next phase of growth in Taxfix. This will include building a secure and efficient payment infrastructure that scales with our growth ambitions. You will be focusing on our German tax filing product where we as leaders in the market are growing and diversifying fast.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a clear vision and strategy for a robust and future-proof payment infrastructure to support our monetisation strategy in the short and long term.Leverage cutting-edge technology to ensure a seamless and reliable payment experience for users.Own the integration and management of payment gateways, ensuring secure and seamless transactions for users.Oversee our monetization strategy to drive revenue growth, including pricing models, subscription plans, and in-app purchases.Utilize data analytics to monitor performance of monetization features, making data-driven adjustments to optimize revenue.Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate monetization hypotheses and refine strategies.Build strong relationships and proactively communicate with commercial and senior leadership as well as the other product teams to create a shared understanding of monetisation levers, metrics and learnings.Define and align on clear monetisation KPIs to guide prioritization, measure impact and report progress.QualificationsOver 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a significant portion dedicated to monetization and implementing scalable payment infrastructures.Advanced understanding of various monetization modelsExtensive experience in payment infrastructure, including integration with payment gateways, managing transaction security, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Proficiency in data analysis to drive pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.Expertise in conducting A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate monetization hypotheses.Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to align monetization and payment strategies with broader business objectives
