Proton Account team owns capabilities throughout the lifecycle of our customer journeys, from the critical acquisition and signup step, to account management while utilizing our services, to effective promotions and checkout flows.The Payments team covers everything from the UI the moment the user decides to purchase to the back-end services integrating with our payment service providers for completing transactions.As Product at Proton, you sit at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data, and Design, and your responsibility will be to grow the portfolio of product capabilities to serve our customers and our business for long-term sustainable growth.What you will doDefine and execute a strategic vision for the product across all platforms (Mobile, Desktop, Web, and back-end).Define what success looks like in terms of team goals and metrics that align with the larger Proton mission.Establish strong working relationships with and influence business units across the entire Proton ecosystem with a strong direction and convincing product insights.Drive product innovation by identifying internal and external customer problems and devising novel solutions with a cross-functional team.Ensure that we are building, shipping, and supporting the right products.Hire, lead, inspire, and coach the product organization for the Account and Payments domains (2 Product Managers)
