What you can expectWork with on-site and remote cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions in a B2B environment.Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers in charge of the full product development lifecycle from ideation, feature prioritization, requirement gathering, design, execution, to adoption and post-release reviews.You will be responsible for setting up the roadmap, measuring performance, keeping your eyes on the users, anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs, and taking acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customers and business.Ensure lean communication between multiple stakeholders, internal or external, so that various complex projects are completely aligned throughout the organization.Documenting and communicating feature releases and being the go-to expert for anyone trying to understand more about them.What you have covered+5 years of excellent product development and a proven track record leading other Product Managers that reported to you.An excellent executioner who can balance user needs with business priorities, and ensure delivery in a timely fashion.Ability to engage with your teams as well as Developers, Designers, and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship in order to build the roadmap of the teams alongside stakeholders.You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results.A background in e-commerce or platform business is a plus.What we offer youYour life-work balance and home office are part of our culture, you can work from home up to 5 days a week.Relocation support to Germany includes visa assistance, apartment search, and help with costs.Are you already located in the EU and looking for a remote position?
