Let's go!Your mission:As the Localisation Lead, your role will be to drive product adaptations focused on language, content, and user experience for specific local markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
You'll ensure that our product resonates with users across diverse regions by delivering seamless translations and localised content that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.What you'll do: Lead and execute the language and content localisation strategy to align with local market preferences.
Work closely with product, UX, marketing, legal and content teams to tailor user experiences for specific languages and cultures.
Work with the Technology team to ensure that the platform is enabled to be localised appropriately, including compliance with local regulatory directives.
Ensure the quality of translated content, maintaining consistency with Bitpanda's brand tone and voice.
Understand regulatory requirements that might impact or require localisation of content or product offering.
Conduct market research in collaboration with Product Insights to understand local content trends and user behaviour, enabling personalised product experiences.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure regionally relevant campaigns and product communications.
Contribute to the global product roadmap, identifying opportunities for language and content-based customisations in local markets.
Who you are:Proven experience in leading localisation or internationalisation efforts with a focus on language and content.
Strong understanding of content adaptation, translation processes, and localising user experiences.
Experience working with product, UX, and content teams to tailor products for multiple languages.
Experience working in a regulated environment is desirable
